Today’s Cranberry, Blueberry and Walnut loaf used the basic bread recipe with half white flour, half wholemeal and groundnut oil for the fat. I added approx 30g dried cranberries, 30g dried blueberries and 40g walnuts. A very nice breakfast or tea loaf

Mum always manages to serve up fabulous bread… for tonight’s BBQ she had made Onion and Herb bread – which was just so light and delicious – and Linseed and Sesame.
