Tonight our planned Chinese meal became Italian as our favourite Chinese restaurant was closed for holidays…
We ate at Nuova Vita in Oakham instead… always delicious Italian dishes. I overdosed on seafood with mussels to start, followed by king prawns – I forget the sauces, sorry! Rounded off with a big portion of profiteroles in a moussy chocolate sauce and a shot of limoncello – yum!

Nuova Vita closed following a fire, so sadly no Italian in Oakham any more
